HusIQ provides access to property and real estate information in the Faroe Islands, including information collected from publicly available sources.
We care about your privacy and only collect information that is needed to operate and provide the service.
2. No user account
You do not need a user account to use HusIQ. Access is provided through an access code.

3.1 Access codes
We use access codes to provide access to the service. An access code is not a user account.
3.2 Payments
Purchases are made through Payhip, which provides the online checkout and storefront for HusIQ.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store payment card details.
In connection with a purchase, we may store limited information such as:
- Order ID
- Reference to the access code
This information is used to provide support, manage purchases, and prevent fraud.
4. Server logs
We may keep technical logs for security, troubleshooting, and protecting the service. These logs may include your IP address and the time of the request.
Logs are only kept for a limited period, normally up to 30 days.
5. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

We try to keep information only for as long as necessary. This may include:
- Access codes: until they expire
- Order information: as long as necessary for support and accounting
- Server logs: temporarily for security and troubleshooting

Because HusIQ collects and stores limited personal information, some requests may be limited by applicable rules.

We use Payhip to handle purchases and provide the online checkout.
